Shipping policy

At TRIPPED we’re committed to getting your travel essentials to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below is our shipping policy, including shipping rates, delivery times, and other important information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Options


Free Shipping

Orders $75 or more: TRIPPED is proud to offer free economy shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts).


Economy Shipping

Orders under $75: For orders totaling less than $75, we offer economy shipping for a flat rate of $5.

Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).


Expedited Shipping (Where Available)

For customers who need their products sooner, we offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.

Availability: Expedited shipping is available only in select areas based on your zip code and product availability. If expedited shipping is unavailable for your order, the option will not appear at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) CST may begin processing the following business day.


Shipping Carriers

TRIPPED primarily uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. The carrier will be selected based on the fastest delivery option for your location.


Shipping Restrictions

Expedited shipping may not be available for all products or in all geographic areas.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited shipping. Economy shipping may still be available for these addresses.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

TRIPPED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, if you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at support@trippedtravelgear.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


Shipping Modifications or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order if it has already begun processing. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.


Holidays and Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume periods such as holidays, shipping times may be extended. We encourage customers to place their orders early to avoid potential delays.
