Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we're unable to ship internationally from this store, but many of our products are available for purchase in other countries via our store on Amazon!

How much is shipping?

We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD, otherwise just a $5 flat shipping charged will be added to any order.

Expedited shipping is also available in some areas for $15.

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information once you place your order. Still have a question? Email us at support@trippedtravelgear.com.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you opt in to Loop at time of purchase for $1.98, returns are free.

For returns without Loop, a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges 

We are currently unable to offer exchanges, but please go ahead and initiate a return of the item you'd like to send back to us, and make a separate purchase of the product you would prefer. 


Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Do your bags have a warranty?

TRIPPED is proud to be taken along on everything from bucket list adventures to a weekend at the lake house but sometimes….well, travel happens. 

We’ve got your back if any of our products should fail due to manufacturer defects and a bit beyond. 

  • What’s Covered:
    Broken zippers
  • Broken seams or sewing
  • Manufacturer Defects

Monkey ripped a backpack trying to get a banana even though you weren’t supposed to bring food to the monkey forest.  (Or similar monkey/banana related incidents though we may require pictures for proof.)

 

What’s Not Covered:

  • Fading of print/colors due to washing
  • Cosmetic wear from use.
  • Using gear for a 6 month trip backpacking through SEA and then returning it after because it's dirty and a bit stinky.

Products

Is your gear TSA friendly?

The Liquids Bag is TSA compliant while traveling in the USA but is larger than some European requirements (we're looking at your Heathrow).

*Travel Tip: Even during a layover, your liquids and toiletries must comply with the security restrictions of the layover airport as you will go through security again.

We recommend using the snap-off clear bag on the Hanging Toiletry Set for your liquids in this case for travel through the EU.

Can I wash my gear?

Yes. Please read the product description under each item for the best way to clean your gear.

In general, packing cubes do okay on a gentle cycle, laid flat to dry. All other products we recommend to hand wash only.

Can I cancel my order?

We know how important it is you receive your gear- fast! Because of our quick turn-around, we currently can not cancel a proccesed order, but if you changed your mind, feel free to return the item in our Return Portal here.

Wholesale/Corporate/Group Orders and Customization

TRIPPED has been doing customized gear for group orders and corporate gifts since 2018. We’ve customized everything from backpacks in company colors to packing cubes with company logos and everything in between. 

Bulk orders of TRIPPED branded gear are typically available for delivery within 2 weeks.  Heavily customized orders requiring screen printing, branded colors, etc have a 3 month turnaround typically.   We’re happy to provide pricing and free samples.
