Purchased 3 for myself and as gifts. Not impressed with this product. Finish on the outside is sloppy, zippers are not smooth, and zippers are not straight. I would expect this from something that has been mass produced. Return costs $9. I reached out to company and they responded but they didn’t really seem to read the information I provided. Disappointing.

My second one of these. Great for personal stuff. The handle is handy. Roomy interior. Highly recommend.

I got this bag several months ago and have been on a few trips with it. It's the PERFECT size. I had a different one that was smaller and could barely close it with all my cords, etc. This is big enough to handle everything I need with so many little pockets inside to keep everything organized so when you pull one out they don't all come out. Also, I was worried it wouldn't fit in the outside pocket of my backpack, but it does! Two small suggestions- I tried to take it to a local monogrammer, but decided against it because she would have had to sew some pockets closed. I'd love it if you offered a monogram somehow, it would just elevate it! Also, the stupid zipper pulls come off! Can't we stitch those things somehow?! The leather is very nice, but they do not stay on. Thanks for making a great product!
